3. Returns & Refunds

At Protect Her, your safety and satisfaction matter. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.We want you to  feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return products in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

How to Return

  2. We'll send you simple return instructions.

  3. Once we receive your item in original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

What Can Be Returned

❌ Used or damaged items due to misuse
❌ Items returned after 30 days without prior communication

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival?

We’re so sorry! Please email us with a photo within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
